Description:
Understanding the health system for limb loss can serve as a common interactive platform to link patients, caregivers, providers, prosthetists, as well as manufacturers, payers, researchers, government, and advocacy groups. The Limb Loss Rehabilitation Continuum Framework highlights the vital role of each stakeholder, the importance of coordination between stakeholders and care settings, and the link between proximal actions and distal outcomes. During this session you’ll hear from three stakeholder perspectives—the surgical perspective , the prosthetist perspective, and the researcher perspective as examples of how the framework unifies the stakeholders.View Course Preview....
