Munjed Al Muderis, MB, ChB, FRACS, FAOthA, is an orthopaedic surgeon and discipline head of the Limb Reconstruction Centre at MQ Health in Sydney. He is a Clinical Professor at Macquarie University and University of Notre Dame.



Rickard Brånemark, MD, PhD, MSc, FRSM, is a Research Scientist at the Biomechatronics Group at the Center for Extreme Bionics at MIT Media Lab. Rickard has pioneered the studies on titanium implants to anchor limb prostheses and the use of implanted electrodes to provide motor control and artificial sensory feedback.



Jonathan Forsberg, MD, PhD, is an orthopaedic oncologist and Captain in the U.S. Navy. He is the Director of the Department of Defense Osseointegration Program, Professor of Surgery at the USU-Walter Reed Department of Surgery and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins University.



Erik N. Kubiak, MD, is Chief of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas.
