Sam Miller, MPA is the State & Federal Advocacy Manager at the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association. A recent graduate of Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Sam has experience with disability advocacy, medical technology, and local government service.
