David Armstrong, DPM, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Surgery at the University of Southern California. He holds a PhD from the University of Manchester College of Medicine. He is founder and Co-Director of the Southwestern Academic Limb Salvage Alliance (SALSA).

Judith Baumhauer, MD, MPH, serves as Associate Chair of Academic Affairs and Professor, Division of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester. She also is the Medical Director of the PROMIS for the UR Health Care System.

Erick Janisse, CO, CPed, is a corporate trainer with DJO/Dr. Comfort.  He has been faculty for courses facilitated by Washington University School of Medicine, Scott and White Health Care, American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, American Podiatric Medical Association, AAOP and AOPA.
